Appointment Policies

Booking Appointments

  • We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot
  • Walk-ins are welcome based on availability
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment

Cancellation Policy

  • 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a 50% service charge
  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount
  • We understand emergencies happen - please call us to discuss

Payment Policies

  • Payment is due at the time of service
  • Gratuity is not included in service prices
