Appointment Policies
Booking Appointments
- Appointments can be made by phone, in person, or online
- We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot
- Walk-ins are welcome based on availability
- Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment
Cancellation Policy
- 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a 50% service charge
- No-shows will be charged the full service amount
- We understand emergencies happen - please call us to discuss
Payment Policies
- We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
- Payment is due at the time of service
- Gratuity is not included in service prices
- We do not accept personal checks
Health & Safety
- All tools and equipment are properly sanitized between clients
- We follow strict hygiene protocols
- Please inform us of any allergies or skin conditions
- If you're feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment
